Advocacy:
Legislators and regulators consistently seek information and advice from the Alliance on important insurance-related issues.

The Alliance Gateway: Looking for access to preferred carriers? Alliance leaders understand the need of many members for top-quality preferred carriers in order to fully service your policyholders. That is why the Alliance has launched one of the most extensive endeavors ever offered by a California producer association -- The Alliance Gateway™.

The program is not for everyone. It is for agencies striving to reach that higher level that they have not been able to obtain because they lack the preferred markets. If you are already equipped to take on preferred market appointments, we will work with you to obtain the appointments directly from the carriers.

The Gateway™ is not an MGA. We are providing ongoing training and support far beyond what is offered by general agencies. We will bring in 10 agents per month and train them on the program. Education and training will be the cornerstone of the program. The first step to be considered is to complete the questionnaire ALLIANCE GATEWAY QUESTIONNAITE At that point the Alliance will review the application and determine which agencies are best suited for this comprehensive program.

The thorough training covers many aspects of business management, marketing and other skills that carriers look for when appointing agencies to sell preferred products.

Business Tools: The Alliance is on the cutting edge when it comes to providing free publications, insurance products and other unique and useful tools to help your business.

Education: The Alliance’s local education programs provide agents and brokers with topical information to help their business thrive.


Conference & Expo:
The Alliance’s annual Conference & Expo is quite simply the most important insurance event of the year for property and casualty insurance professionals.

The Alliance’s Privacy Kit is an all-in-one blueprint for helping members to implement their own privacy manual. The Alliance was on the cutting edge of the industry in developing this exclusive member-only product.

CONFERENCE & EXPO

Year after year the Alliance’s Conference & Expo is the largest gathering of property & casualty insurance professionals on the West Coast. Conference & Expo attendees may take advantage of numerous continuing education and other informative seminars. The Conference & Expo features hands-on demonstrations of the latest in industry technology, and insightful presentations by insurance industry movers and shakers. The two-day trade show is always a beehive of activity. And, of course, the banquets and hospitality events provide plenty of chances to mingle and network.
