Whether it's in the state capital, the Department of Insurance, or at the grassroots level, the Alliance works tirelessly to champion our members' agenda. Our members' needs are always paramount, whether we are fighting for passage or defeat of legislation or regulations.

The Alliance has built solid relationships with key regulatory and legislative players. We actively participate on important committees and task forces, helping to defend the interests of independent agents and brokers, and to form key alliances with other organizations with common interests.

The Alliance is also developing a grass-roots advocacy program -- and we urge all our members to participate. The grass-roots advocacy program will enable you to become a key contributor to the political process, informing your local legislators on key issues pertaining to the insurance industry.
